Message

At Masstech Business Solutions, I lead technical project delivery for enterprise software and Generative AI integration initiatives, including Enterprise GenAI Knowledge Assistants built on RAG-based search frameworks. I coordinate sprint planning, cross-functional delivery, and UAT and production go-live governance.

At Alia Premedia Services, I contributed to the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise prepress applications across Alpha, Beta, and Production environments, achieving 99.9% release readiness. I also implemented user stories and resolved UAT blockers and defects.

Earlier at Masstech Business Solutions, I developed and tested application modules for SCMProFit, an IoT-based enterprise supply chain management platform, and supported production rollouts. My background includes C# and .NET development, Agile delivery, and certifications in Scrum and Generative AI.
