What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead enterprise technology, AI-enabled, and platform modernization programs where I can strengthen delivery governance, guide engineering teams, and deliver measurable outcomes across complex client portfolios.

I'm leading Agile delivery at Virtusa across two Scrum teams of 16 engineers, from estimation and sprint execution through release and production deployment.

I've delivered two enterprise releases, four epics, and 16 Conversational AI customer journeys for internet troubleshooting, payments, and customer support. My work includes Kore.ai, LLM integration, multilingual capabilities, and eight backend API integrations.

Previously at Silicon Stack Technologies, I directed eight concurrent enterprise engagements and led a 38-member engineering organization, including four Team Leads. I owned delivery governance, capacity planning, resource allocation, executive reporting, risk management, and client escalations.

At IBM, I led quality engineering, test automation, API validation, and release validation for AT&T, Vodafone, National Grid, and Société Générale. Across 13+ years, I've delivered technology programs spanning Telecom, Banking, Utilities, FMCG, Automotive, Mobility, and Manufacturing.
