I'm looking for a Customer Support Specialist opportunity where I can resolve customer inquiries professionally, contribute to a dynamic team, learn new systems, and grow within the organization.

I've supported patients and families at Tamluk Government Medical College & Hospital, delivering compassionate communication in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

During clinical training at Tamluk District Hospital, I worked across the ICU, Emergency Department, Operation Theatre, Medical & Surgical Wards, Pediatric Ward, Burn Ward, and Dialysis Department.
