What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT support or maintenance role where I can troubleshoot equipment, install and configure systems, assist users, and continue developing my technical skills.

I've supported users and maintained computer equipment during my internship at Tout en Génie Informatique, including troubleshooting, hardware interventions, and Windows and Linux installation and configuration.

I also worked as a teleadvisor at DComGroupe, informing customers about energy solutions and supporting supplier changes. I'm motivated, serious, and eager to keep learning in IT support and maintenance.
