I am a motivated and detail-oriented Systems, Networks, and Telecommunications Technician with hands-on experience in installation, troubleshooting, and technical support across Windows and Linux environments.

I have worked as an SSV Technician and Customer Support agent on national programs including the Universal Access Program (PAU) and 5G deployment projects with Huawei, contributing to SSV testing, drive tests, and basic router/switch configuration.
