Network and Telecommunications Engineer at SENELEC, developed a DLMS/COSEM gateway for smart electricity meters.

At SENELEC, I developed a communication gateway for smart electricity meters using DLMS/COSEM, defined the solution’s network architecture, and deployed its real-time data acquisition chain. I also configured dedicated servers and built monitoring interfaces.

At CCA-CVR, I trained students and professionals in system and network administration and coordinated the IT unit. My experience also includes deploying FTTO fiber infrastructure at ECOTEL SA and applying pfSense in a network security project at École Supérieure Polytechnique de Dakar.
