What I'm looking for

I’m seeking to build a career in IT infrastructure, networking, and technical support, and I’m open to relocation.

At Delfiv, I installed and configured the company’s ERP software on client computers and supported clients using those solutions. I also troubleshot minor network and connectivity issues affecting ERP use.

I configured network printers and remote-access solutions, including TSplus and Radmin VPN, and assisted with software option activation and minor data or state modifications.

For my Java LANShare project, I developed a LAN file-transfer application using TCP socket programming and UDP-based device discovery. I implemented network-interface detection, socket communication, and file validation, then packaged it for Windows using jpackage.

My studies at University of Ghardaïa covered intelligent systems for knowledge extraction, networking, and computer science. I’m seeking to build a career in IT infrastructure, networking, and technical support.
