At Asan Pardakht, I lead the technical direction of the PWA platform for Iran's largest fintech super app, serving ~4M active PWA users. I architected a custom microfrontend platform that powers 100+ WebViews and reusable native-bridge capabilities across PWA, Android, and iOS.
I reduced the PWA bundle from ~3 MB to ~800 KB and API calls by ~40% through refactoring, dependency optimization, and caching. I also improved stability to ~99% crash-free sessions and introduced staged canary releases through an overhauled GitLab CI/CD pipeline.
At TrainEffective, I provided part-time technical leadership across React Native apps, Node.js services, and an admin panel. I led a rewrite of the legacy mobile codebase, established a monorepo and shared design system for two branded apps, and helped the platform scale from ~50K to nearly 1M users while maintaining over 99% crash-free sessions.
At IranTalent, I led a frontend chapter of 10 engineers across four products and contributed directly to development.
