What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a position in a growing company where I can use my education and acquired skills to contribute to success.

I've monitored and troubleshot statewide alarms for the Connecticut State Police Microwave Network, taking action to reduce system downtime.

At Adesta, I monitored customer networks, dispatched and coordinated technicians, customers, and vendors, and handled incident tracking, documentation, ticket creation, and notifications. I suggested installing several dozen Layer 3 switches, improving overall network redundancy.

At Telrepco, I diagnosed, repaired, refurbished, and configured Toughbook computers. I'm also an electronics hobbyist who builds and modifies PCs, repairs devices, and works with 3D printing.
