I coordinate end-to-end programmes at the Office of the Deputy President, from planning and rollout to monitoring milestones, budget tracking, and stakeholder coordination.

I also support the Secretary Administration with diary management, correspondence triage, meeting preparation, confidential documentation, and decision-ready research summaries. As Alternate Secretary to the Public Complaints Committee, I take detailed minutes, compile formal reports, and track complaints through resolution.

My writing work includes official memos, briefs, letters, speeches, reports, and published articles on business, agriculture, and government affairs. I use AI tools for research, drafting, and editing while maintaining a strong focus on content authenticity and AI detection.

Before public service, I managed debt-recovery accounts and high-volume client engagement, negotiating repayment arrangements, maintaining CRM records, and working toward recovery targets. I’m remote-ready and bring organised administrative support, project coordination, business writing, and client communication to Virtual Assistance and Content & Business Support roles.
