At Ramalepe Security & Cleaning Services, I monitor alarm systems, respond to incidents, and dispatch security officers to emergencies. I also maintain operational records and coordinate communication between field officers and management.
I recently completed a Grade B Security Officer Certificate through Intergraserve Security Training, and my PSIRA registration application is awaiting approval. Previously, I assisted with financial administration at Tshwane South TVET College and customer service at Mary's Kitchen.
