In my current role as Assistant Property Manager / Administrator, I manage tenant relations by handling inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally, follow up on rent payments, and coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs for smooth transitions.

I also supervise housekeeping and maintenance, conduct regular inspections of furnished apartments and common areas, and ensure repairs are followed up to completion. With a hospitality background from Jambo Travel House as a Tours and Travel Consultant—where I handled bookings, guest arrivals/departures, and customer inquiries—I focus on clear communication, problem-solving, and consistent service delivery that enhances client satisfaction.
