What I'm looking for

I seek a role where I can lead backend engineering, drive best practices and mentoring, work with Python at scale, and contribute to an agile, collaborative team focused on quality and growth.

I am a lead Python developer with deep experience designing and delivering backend systems, automation, and data-driven web interfaces. I specialize in Python, Django and large-scale data handling with MongoDB and Elasticsearch.

At NM Data I introduced Agile SCRUM, authored internal development charters, led refactoring of legacy systems, and managed production deployments to improve performance and maintainability. I also contributed hands-on code across automation, web interfaces and database integrations.

Previously, I built serverless, event-driven APIs using AWS Lambda and implemented security and CI/CD best practices while working on a healthcare staffing platform. I write tests with Pytest and participate actively in sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.

I also train and mentor: I delivered MongoDB and Elasticsearch trainings and coached ETNA capstone projects, helping students produce viable POCs and final products. I value collaboration, responsibility, continuous learning and practical solutions that scale.
