I also engineered a Python and FastAPI customer feedback service that automated invitations and increased the company’s Trustpilot rating from 4.2 to 4.4.
Previously at TRIPICA, I designed and maintained high-throughput Java microservices and transactional APIs for international telecom platforms. As Tech Lead, I supervised a squad of four backend engineers and owned database modeling, query optimization, code reviews, QA test plans, and deployment releases.
