Morent Mongare

I am a dedicated professional with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture, majoring in Economics, from the University of Nairobi. My academic journey has equipped me with a solid foundation in agricultural practices and economic principles, which I have effectively applied in my career. I have garnered valuable experience in various roles, including management, transcription, and teaching, which have honed my skills in client relations, communication, and project management.

Currently, I serve as a Manager at Shughli Media Services, where I am responsible for booking appointments and negotiating payments with clients. My focus is on ensuring that clients receive the best services possible, and I actively seek their feedback to improve our offerings. Additionally, I have worked as a transcriptionist, where I converted audio and video files into well-structured documents, ensuring client satisfaction through attention to detail and quality.

My previous experiences include an internship at the Public Service Commission in the Marketing and Agribusiness division, where I gained insights into livestock production, and teaching Biology and Agriculture at Sibanga Secondary School. These roles have not only enhanced my technical skills but have also instilled a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to excellence in all my endeavors.
