Message

At mediaconstructor GmbH & Co. KG, I develop and operate Peri, a voice-agent platform for the PLAZA Hotelgroup. Its hotel-specific RAG knowledge base, live availability checks, and automated booking tool use have handled more than 17,000 calls and around 800 AI-created reservations across 10 hotels.

I’ve also expanded Peri with chat, WhatsApp, and email channels, and developed EDIS, a document-intelligence pipeline for German invoices. At SIS - Schweriner IT- und Servicegesellschaft mbH, I operate Kubernetes and virtualized infrastructure; previously, at MANDARIN MEDIEN Gesellschaft für digitale Lösungen mbH, I led infrastructure projects and modernized customer networks.
