Montanique Landrum

I’m a motivated and detail-oriented professional currently working as a Behavioral Aide, focused on helping clients make positive behavioral changes through structured support and consistent follow-through. I bring a calm, safety-first approach and I’m energized by work that requires attention, patience, and clear communication.

In my current role, I assist in implementing behavior intervention plans, document clients’ behavior, progress, and responses to interventions, and help reinforce appropriate behaviors to support learning and development. I also de-escalate situations when needed while following protocols, and I work closely with teachers, therapists, and families to maintain consistency.

Before this, I built strong customer-facing and operational skills as a Server/Cashier, where I served guests in a timely manner, managed money accurately, and worked effectively as part of a team. I also stepped into leadership responsibilities as a Training Manager, where I ran shifts according to protocol, assigned tasks, and supported team members while welcoming guests and handling money for deposits and change.

With a B.A. in Psychology in progress, I’m committed to continuous growth and applying what I learn to real-world support. I’m looking for an opportunity in a fast-paced environment where I can contribute immediately, continue developing my strengths, and grow within the company.
