I communicated effectively with customers to understand needs and provide accurate information.

I’m pursuing PGDA (Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting) and bring practical capability with Tally ERP 9 and basic computer knowledge, including MS Office, Internet, and Email. I’m ready to contribute consistently, collaborate across diverse teams, and keep performance goals in sight.
