What I'm looking for

I’m pursuing a career pivot into broader Operations functions, leveraging my operational delivery and process management experience.

At First National Bank (FNB), I supported end-to-end credit card operations by capturing, assessing and processing customer applications in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

I conducted credit assessments using predefined criteria and processed card limit changes, upgrades and downgrades. I also communicated application outcomes and next steps to customers.
