I’m a senior professional with more than 8 years leading the delivery of executive training programs with Minders and Universidad de San Andrés, specializing in end-to-end coordination of “DATOS DE CONTACTO” programs throughout the full lifecycle. I combine operational rigor with deep empathy for the participant experience, ensuring delivery is smooth whether training is presential or virtual.

As Head of Programs and Delivery, I oversee production, planning, logistics, evaluation, and continuous improvement—covering everything from instructional design and content development to facilitator coordination and platform management. I’ve coordinated 22 editions of Programa MIND (about 700 leaders) and in-company programs across 36 local and regional companies and 10 industries, using feedback analysis and learning metrics to refine every iteration, while also coaching career development for EMBA participants.
