What I'm looking for

I’m seeking senior opportunities in Trust & Safety, policy analysis, or content moderation management where I can lead teams, improve processes, strengthen policy adherence, and enhance platform safety.

At ByteDance, I moderated TikTok accounts, user profiles, and R2 live videos across global regions while responding to data-request queries through the LERT tool. I maintained 99%+ accuracy, earned 10 Wall of Fame recognitions, and received three Spot Bonuses as an Outstanding Individual – Best Performer.
