I am fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing me to bridge communication gaps and provide culturally sensitive support to all my patients.

Having completed an intensive Hearing Aid Instrument Program at Ozark Technical Community College, I possess advanced training in the assessment, selection, fitting, programming, and maintenance of hearing aid devices. My commitment to creating a welcoming and understanding environment ensures that every patient feels heard, respected, and empowered. I take pride in my ability to convey test results and propose treatment plans in a patient-friendly manner, maximizing their understanding and comfort throughout the process.
