At Consultoría Estratégica Independiente, I design and lead change management, training, and knowledge-transfer work for organizations and regional projects. I use ADKAR to identify barriers, prioritize interventions, and assess adoption and sustainability.
For clients including Pacto Global Red Colombia, ENEL Colombia, Teleperformance, and Fiduprevisora, I’ve developed training and facilitated work on leadership, culture, inclusion, sustainability, and organizational transformation. I combine methods such as readiness canvases with tools including Power BI, GitHub, and Vercel to support diagnostics, follow-up, and executive dashboards.
At Universidad EAN, I directed 12 directors and nearly 100 professors and was responsible for planning the transition between virtual learning environments. I also designed and led learning and leadership programs through EmpoderaHER, reaching more than 5,000 women.
