At Cámara de Comercio Aburrá Sur, I track more than 230 entrepreneurs, conduct user-centered diagnostics, and document innovation processes. I connect findings to technology initiatives and prepare periodic reports.
Previously, I coordinated three areas and 10 active projects at La Organización Internacional de Voluntarios using Project DPro (PMD Pro), and supported entrepreneurs with technology adoption and digital solutions at ZASCA Tecnologías – INNpulsa. I’ve also taught virtual administrative management courses at SENA and used tools such as Power BI and AI assistants to support analysis, follow-up, and reporting.
