I’m looking for a remote-friendly role where I can support customers and patients with insurance verification and benefits work, resolve complex issues accurately, and help maintain quality in high-volume workflows with clear communication.

I bring 10+ years of experience in healthcare administration and customer support, focused on insurance verification, benefits eligibility, and patient-facing coordination. I’m known for staying calm in fast-paced environments while maintaining accuracy, strong communication, and quality scores.

In recent roles, I’ve handled high-volume inbound customer contacts, supported order operations, and managed refunds, returns, and cancellations. As a remote Healthcare Benefits Representative, I guided clients through medical and voluntary enrollment, answered enrollment questions, and updated benefits after qualifying life events.

Earlier, I served as an Insurance Verification & DME Coordinator, providing sleep study and CPAP therapy information while verifying insurance eligibility for DME supplies. I entered patient demographic and coverage information in Brightree, scheduled respiratory therapist appointments, completed CPAP resupply orders, and identified alternative DME providers when coverage wasn’t accepted.
