I’m an IT Support Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience securing enterprise environments across cloud and on-premises infrastructures. I focus on threat detection, vulnerability management, and endpoint security management, while implementing and maintaining cybersecurity systems that help teams move faster on remediation.
In my current role as a Tier 1 Engineer, I use Mimecast and SYNAQ Secure Mail to prevent phishing and data breaches. I deploy VPNs and EDR cyber agents to protect networks and endpoint devices, and I improve vulnerability remediation workflows with Acronis Cyber Cloud and ESET EDR.
Previously at Shell PLC and AstraZeneca, I managed endpoint and zero-trust controls with Crowdstrike EDR, Global Protect, Zscaler (Branch Connector and Internet Access), and Workspace ONE UEM. I also supported pen-test remediation and baseline hardening checklists, and I’ve contributed to security training using Cofense phishing simulation and PhishMe awareness.
