What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a Claims Assistant role at Advocate, where I can support disability clients with remote administrative work, client care, and case documentation.

At Cambly and Preply, I handled high volumes of client messages, calls, and texts while scheduling appointments and keeping records accurate. I supported diverse clients, including people with disabilities.

As a Freelance Research & Admin Assistant, I organized, labeled, and scanned incoming documents, requested and tracked information, and supported case documentation with timely follow-ups.

My lived experience as a below-knee amputee informs my interest in disability client care. I’m seeking a Claims Assistant role at Advocate, where I can contribute my remote administrative and client-support experience.
