I’m a Global Manufacturing and Capital Delivery leader with a proven track record driving high-reliability, statistically controlled manufacturing across advanced materials and capital-intensive environments. I’m known for converting process instability, tool losses, and design risk into predictable, high-P90 manufacturing performance, with deep expertise across yield, OEE, and loss-tree driven optimization.
In my roles, I’ve led greenfield and brownfield vertical startups through yield ramp, process change management, and cross-functional factory integration. I’ve assumed technical and execution leadership for major equipment modernization and conversions, rebuilding scope, cost, and schedule baselines to protect ramp readiness and capital risk management.
I bring stage-gate capital & change management discipline backed by statistical problem solving—RCA, SPC, DOE, and JMP/Minitab-style thinking—supported by FMEA-based risk management and factory integrator ownership.
