What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute to production planning, maintenance coordination, and continuous improvement in an industrial manufacturing environment focused on operational efficiency, quality, safety, and reducing downtime and waste.

At Central African Batteries, I coordinate production plans, capacity, manpower, machine availability, raw materials, and customer requirements to keep manufacturing output on track. I also provide operational insights for strategic management discussions and business planning.

I've supported production planning, preventive maintenance, quality control, and continuous improvement across battery manufacturing, plastic injection and blow moulding, and power-station operations. I use root-cause analysis, time and motion studies, Six Sigma methods, and Excel-based planning tools to reduce downtime, waste, and work in progress.
