In my customer churn project, I analyzed 6,418+ records and built Gradient Boosting models with 83.1% accuracy and a 0.902 AUC. I also developed a Power BI dashboard that identified 1,665 high-risk customers and supported retention campaigns that reduced churn by 15%.
