At Zaalima Development Pvt. Ltd., I cleaned and validated 7,043 telecom customer records, supported feature engineering for churn and customer lifetime value analysis, and developed Power BI dashboard visuals.
On my Customer Churn Prediction and LTV Engine project, I compared three classifiers, served the LTV model through a FastAPI endpoint, and built a four-page Power BI dashboard with DAX measures. The Random Forest model achieved 0.84 ROC-AUC and 79% accuracy.
I also analyzed store and retail sales using MySQL and Excel, presenting findings through queries, Pivot Tables, and dashboards. I hold a BSc in Mathematics and a Diploma in Data Analytics with Python.
