In my customer churn analysis project, I examined 7,043 customer records using Python to find patterns related to tenure, contract type, and monthly charges. I cleaned and preprocessed the data, performed exploratory analysis and customer segmentation, and created visualizations to examine churn trends.

I found that 38% of churned customers had monthly contracts and less than three months of tenure, highlighting potential retention opportunities.

For my ongoing loan portfolio monitoring and risk analysis project, I use MySQL to analyze related loan, customer, and mortgage datasets. I apply joins, subqueries, and aggregate functions to examine borrowing patterns and support portfolio monitoring and risk assessment.

In my final-year academic project on electric vehicle populations, I cleaned and transformed data, performed exploratory and descriptive statistical analysis, and used correlation analysis, linear regression, and ANOVA to examine relationships between variables. I’m seeking an entry-level Data Analyst role where I can generate actionable insights and support data-driven business decisions.
