At Channel Soft IT Services, I support QA for a GxP-regulated eCOA platform used in global clinical trials. I designed and executed 100+ test cases with requirements traceability, and helped deliver zero critical-escape defects across 3+ major releases.
I test mobile experiences across iOS and Android, clinical device integrations, and REST APIs, and validate data with SQL. I also coordinate UAT with the ERT (Clario) client team and use AI tools to accelerate test case generation and defect documentation.
