At Mediana, I built the design function from scratch and led the flagship product’s replatforming, including its first mobile customer panel. Research with 30 participants shaped an “AI proposes, human approves” campaign builder; SMS sales on that product have been at least 40% higher since launch.
At Digikala, I line-managed an eight-person design chapter and owned the seller panel redesign, which raised registration conversion from 5.6% to 33.7%. I also conceived Seller Coach, whose first Returns Coach cut seller returns by 42%, and redesigned promotion participation, increasing it by 241%. I stay hands-on through prototypes, research sessions, and critique.
