I am a Sales & Operations Officer building my career while pursuing a BA (Hons) in International Business and Finance. I’m motivated, hardworking, and goal-oriented, and I bring the leadership and communication skills I’ve developed through sports and extracurricular activities.

In my current role at DeLune Corp, I work on domestic operations and sales by engaging with businesses, partnering up with them to bid, and supporting operations that require accuracy and follow-through. I’m also gaining industry experience in the logistics sector while continuing my finance studies.

Previously, as a Process Associate (Invoice Specialist) at HCL Technologies, I strengthened my accounting capability in accounts receivable by creating credit and debit invoices, resolving unbilled reports, coordinating with relevant teams, and manually generating invoices to ensure accurate and timely billing.

I’ve also developed a strong banking foundation through roles at HSBC Bank and National Development Bank, handling credit card sales, assessing CRIB reports, evaluating credit scores, determining credit limits, and supporting responsible lending through timely client account follow-ups.
