What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my CRM operations and enterprise IT support experience to improve system reliability, resolve complex incidents, train users, and strengthen service delivery for global teams.

I'm currently supporting global enterprise users at Keller Ground Engineering through Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, ServiceNow, SharePoint, and Office 365. I also build end-to-end CRM training for new hires and users adopting new features.

Previously, I delivered level-2 support for Ascension Health at HCL Technologies, supporting 30–40 users daily across U.S. hospital networks. I streamlined ServiceNow workflows, reducing average ticket resolution time by 20% and improving system uptime by 15%.

At Pragmasys, I maintained 99% uptime for BMW India's Dynamics CRM and worked with QA and Development teams to resolve complex application issues. My work spans CRM health checks, SQL analysis, Azure Explorer, incident escalation, VIP support, and end-user training.
