At Kim.cc, I built the KimAI setup dashboard and a production Python RAG pipeline that processes customer tickets and grounds answers in business documents and live data. I used LangGraph to orchestrate retrieval, tool calls, and response generation.
I also owned Pulse end to end, connecting support platforms and delivering ticket categorization and AI-estimated customer satisfaction scores. I integrated CRM workflows with Shopify and subscription and support tools, including editable AI draft replies for agents.
At Clinikk, I shipped AI-assisted claims review that cut document verification time by about 80%, and built healthcare workflows and dashboards. Most recently at InRhythm, I built an internal agent harness for drafting PRDs and technical RFCs, planning tasks, and evaluating coding-agent results.
