At Hinge Health India, I co-built an internal AI Agent Platform for developing, deploying, and operating production AI agents. I built LLM-powered agentic workflows supporting 50K–100K+ workflows and improved automation efficiency by about 20%.
I build guardrails, observability, evaluation pipelines, and CI/CD quality gates for reliable AI systems. I also designed Kafka DLQ recovery across 23 consumers, recovered 2,000 failed events with zero permanent loss, and reduced debugging time by 30–40%.
