What I'm looking for

I’m looking to work in a reputed organization where I can use my banking, customer service, data handling, and management skills to support organizational growth and professional development while applying my newly acquired data analytics skills.

At HDFC Bank, via TeamSpace, I assist customers with banking services and queries, manage documentation and records, and support branch operations. I rejoined in October 2025 and currently maintain customer information and records.

Previously, as a Sales Executive at Vodafone Idea, I handled customer support and sales activities, helped resolve service issues, and contributed to sales targets.

I completed data analytics training and certifications through Coding Ninjas, covering Excel, SQL, Python, and Power BI. I hold an M.Com. and a B.Com. from MJP Rohilkhand University.
