I'm seeking an opportunity to apply my analytical skills and deliver data-driven insights that support organizational growth.

At HDFC Bank Ltd, I managed daily cash transactions, performed customer KYC verification, and generated operational reports to support branch performance and compliance.

In my e-commerce sales and customer behavior project, I used Python and SQL to clean transaction data and analyze revenue, customer behavior, and product performance. I built interactive Power BI dashboards to help inform marketing and inventory decisions.

For my Telco Customer Churn Analysis project, I identified churn risks and built a Logistic Regression model with 81.48% accuracy. I also segmented high-risk customers and developed retention recommendations.

In my Shopping Mall Customer Segmentation Analysis project, I grouped shoppers into four behavioral segments and created a Power BI dashboard to support targeted marketing strategies.
