I’m a results-driven Bachelor of Commerce graduate with foundational expertise in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, and financial analysis. Through internship and assistant-level responsibilities, I’ve built hands-on experience handling financial records, invoice processing, reconciliation, and reporting, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

In my roles, I’ve managed customer inquiries and resolutions in a fast-paced BPO environment while maintaining accurate CRM records and meeting daily productivity targets. Most recently, as a Coordinator at Hicks Thermometer Ltd, I handled daily bookkeeping with Tally ERP, maintaining 200+ accurate ledger entries and using MS Excel and Tally ERP to improve transaction record organization and support efficient reporting.
