What I'm looking for

I'm looking for remote IT Support, Help Desk, Technical Support, Desktop Support, or IT Support Coordinator roles where I can troubleshoot systems, support users, and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

I've run a self-employed computer repair and technical support business in Tartous, diagnosing and repairing computer hardware and software problems for customers.

I install and configure Windows operating systems and software applications, set up systems, and troubleshoot PCs, storage devices, RAM, peripherals, connectivity, and operating-system issues. I explain solutions clearly and follow systematic troubleshooting procedures to resolve technical problems.

I hold a degree in Information Technology Engineering and have completed a GIS course.
