What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an IT role where I can support users, troubleshoot hardware/software, and keep improving—especially with networking and cybersecurity. I want a practical team environment that values learning and continuous growth.

I’m an Information Engineering student with hands-on experience in IT support, software installation, and computer maintenance. I’ve installed and configured Windows operating systems, diagnosed software-related issues, and performed system maintenance and updates for laptops and mobile devices.

I’m passionate about networking and cybersecurity, and I enjoy building practical solutions—like configuring and maintaining small LAN networks, designing responsive websites with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and creating UI mockups with Adobe Photoshop. I bring strong troubleshooting ability, clear communication, and a fast-learning mindset as I grow in the IT field.
