I’m an Infrastructure & Backend Engineer who focuses on performance, reliability, and practical delivery. At Backswing, I redesigned Bitbucket CI/CD pipelines to cut deployment time from ~74 minutes to under 35 minutes, and deployed self-hosted Bitbucket runners on EC2 to eliminate build minute costs and improve throughput.

I also built production-grade backend capabilities, including a payment service from scratch with Stripe and complex flows like split payments and partial payments. Using NestJS, Prisma, and PostgreSQL, I delivered maintainable services and engineered AWS infrastructure across multiple Elastic Beanstalk environments, CloudFront distributions, RDS databases, ElastiCache clusters, and supporting EC2 instances while maintaining 99% uptime across staging and production.

Previously at Gameball, I developed and owned backend features for Marketing Automation and Outbound Campaigns, and contributed to the Family Wallet Module for seamless financial transactions and points transfer. I’ve also worked as an on-call (L3) support Engineer resolving hundreds of issues, and I build applied NLP projects like an Arabic psychiatrist chatbot with Python/Flask and sequence modeling (LSTM/Seq2Seq), including contributions to NLTK.
