What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead billing and analytics work, own KPI performance, and improve workflows—while maintaining strong client communication and coaching teams to consistently hit targets.

I’m an experienced healthcare professional with 7.3+ years in medical billing, analysis, and KPI management. I started my career in 2017 at Resolute Medical Management (RMM) and later joined EqualizeRCM (ERCM) as an Analyst in 2021.

In 2022, I was promoted to Group Lead, and in April 2025 I became a Team Leader. I lead and manage a team of 30 members to achieve set goals, with strong ownership of weekly and monthly KPI reporting and client-ready presentations (PPTs).

I’m known for leadership and performance monitoring, workflow optimization, and conflict resolution. I handle client calls and email communications promptly and professionally, while supporting process improvements, team training, and consistent target delivery.
