At Knack RCM, I lead a team of analysts handling AR follow-up and EOB denial analysis. I coach the team to reduce AR ageing and optimize collections.
I manage day-to-day workflow, monitor targets against agreed SLAs, and quality-check work before it goes to clients. I also respond to process queries and handle first-level escalations.
I develop processes to improve productivity and quality, mentor analysts and senior analysts, and train junior staff and new trainees. I also identify portfolio trends that can support collections and productivity.
