At IT-FACE, Inc., I manage the full life cycle of US IT recruitment and bench sales processes. I source and match consultant profiles to job requirements from vendors.

I market consultants by posting resumes on Dice, Monster, TechFetch, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn, and maintain their profiles on job portals. I also share hotlists with vendors and broadcast profiles in LinkedIn groups.

I coordinate with consultants about their preferences before submission, schedule interviews, follow up with vendors, and negotiate rates. I handle profiles including OPT, CPT, H1B, H1B Transfers, L2-EAD, H4-EAD, TN-Visa, GC-EAD, and GC.

I keep databases of consultants, submissions, and project details, and coordinate with the internal team to avoid duplicate submissions. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce (Computer Applications) from Osmania University and have basic knowledge of Tally ERP9 and Microsoft Office tools.
