At Map-IT Solutions India, I managed US IT bench sales and consultant marketing, promoting IT consultants to vendors, implementation partners, and clients for suitable job opportunities.

I built and maintained vendor and client relationships, identified relevant requirements, matched consultant profiles, and handled submissions and follow-ups. I marketed consultants across ERP and CRM profiles, including SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365/NAV/Business Central, Blue Yonder, Salesforce, and Veeva Vault.

I worked with profiles such as Business Analyst, Data Analyst, QA Manual, and QA Automation, aligning consultant skill sets with job requirements. I also coordinated interviews and placements, including scheduling, feedback tracking, and rate discussions.

I participated in the SOS Children’s Village Survey in Vadodara and the ASER Education Survey for The Pratham Education Foundation. I hold a Master Of Social Work from Parul University, Vadodara, and a Bachelor of Arts from The MSU Baroda.
