What I'm looking for

I'm looking for remote, cross-timezone infrastructure support work where I can own critical incident queues, manage enterprise escalations, meet SLA/CSAT commitments, and apply AI-driven diagnostic concepts to server operations.

At Hewlett Packard Enterprise, I resolve P1/P2 incidents and manage multi-tier escalations in a 24×7 Real-Time Command Center supporting global enterprise clients.

I'm the designated senior support contact for T-Mobile, owning end-to-end escalation workflows remotely, coordinating cross-functional teams, and maintaining SLA/KPI commitments that support contract retention and renewals. I also sustain 80%+ CSAT across rated interactions and have received formal client commendations for responsiveness and technical proficiency.

I support HPE ProLiant, Synergy, Superdome Flex, Virtual Connect, OneView, and iLO environments, using monitoring dashboards to identify anomalies before they affect customers. I work with L1 and L3 teams to improve runbooks, knowledge transfer, and repeat-incident reduction.

Alongside infrastructure support, I completed an applied AI/ML internship with Pantech AI Solutions, building capstone prototypes and connecting AI-driven diagnostics and monitoring concepts to enterprise server support.
