At Alonzo AI, I help build a web application that automates stories from NCAA game statistics, cutting production time from 20 minutes to 5 minutes per team. I analyze game, team and player data in SQL and Python to find records and trends, producing 60 publishable stories per week.

As the single point of contact between an overseas client and the product and technical teams, I turn requirements into documented workflows and coordinate delivery. I also validate story data against source statistics and the client’s style guide, escalating data issues to engineering.

I led the MVP delivery of a campus event and registration platform, defining features through user research and prioritizing the backlog. On an AI customer-support chatbot prototype, I tested responses with 50 users, refined prompts and helped lift response accuracy by 50%.
